They may think they can out smart the world and its intelligence agencies playing this strategy of multiple identities and dividing the good and bad roles accordingly. But they actually only out smarted themselves and it is better for the killing and cruelty to stop because these atrocities are being added to the tab of the whole group and not only the part showing these bad actions.
